GEMS is good but it could get better

I am on the option Ruby. Gems have been helpful when it comes to procedures that I needed done like a gastroscopy. Gems have been helpful when it comes to my psychiatrist appointments and doctors appointments. Gems have been helpful when it comes to dentist repair work on my teeth. The only thing that I do not like is that I have to pay in money extra when I need my chronic medication like blood pressure pills and medication for my hiatus hernia. If you need a procedure to be done you wait a very long time to speak to a suitable person working at GEMS to assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
