Failure to deliver medication promised
My mom has not received her medication which you had said will be delivered last friday. You are always making empty promises to her. Mind you she is a 68year old fragile lady.
Sometimes you will send her medication and some items will be missing and wont even bother yourself updating her on whats going on.
You guys should be on top of your games since you provide chronic medication to most of your customers but you have absolutely no care in the world what happens to the client.
Think ima have to move her to a better company who will deliver what they have promised unlike you guys..

What i am not happy about is the empty promises they keep making and not keeping up to them.
Would it have hurt for the lady who called me and told me that she will ha e a look at my moms profile and update me on whats going on?
Well she didnt keep her promise which makes me believe that come next month they will keep making empty promises to mom and not keep them.
Is it hard to follow up on their elderly clients to make sure they received thier medication and if they are happy with what they received or not.
Im truly disappointed that the lady did keep her word of updating me. Makes me look at medipost another way.
In the future keep your promises you have mad cause some of us believe in a promise being kept and not broken. She has certainly broken her promise toward me and that makes me not trust her and medipost.
