Failing to deliver on their promises!
I have been requesting chronic medication for my child for 4 days now. She hasn't had her chronic medication for 4 days and she's only 8 years. It's unfair and inconsiderate what Medipost is doing!!
They promised we will receive the medication yesterday on 23rd of November in the morning. But the medication never came.
Even today we still haven't received her chronic medication after I've been calling everyday and begging them to please assist we urgently need medication, telling them that my child last had her dose of medication on Monday morning. We still have no medication for her.
What happens if she falls sick now, or even worse?
