Excellent customer service

I can honestly say that in the last few days I have experienced the best customer service I've received in a very long time from the Medipost Pharmacy staff. Every interaction I've had with them has been an absolute joy. From the website "chat" agents, the receptionist/call centre agent when I phoned, the pharmacist via email and the Facebook team - I've only received excellent service. They treat you like an actual human being and not just another number. Clicks can learn a thing or two from them.
