Disgusting Service from both Medipost and Courierit.

Utterly disappointed.

I've been on the phone since yesterday with their call center agents trying to sort out my mother's delivery. Late delivery. It should have been delivered Friday the 12th of November, we are on Tuesday the 16th 14H50 and still no medicine despite being told yesterday that the meds will be delivered before 17H00. My mom is a diabetic, which uses insulin. Her insulin finished yesterday, and no one seems to be much bothered about that fact. While typing this review the courier company (Courierit) finally arrived but with not as much as a sorry. This is not the first time that insulin has been late to be delivered, and if it happens again I will be going to the Medical Board. This couldn't be bothered attitude that both Medipost and Courierit has is unacceptable. You are working with peoples lives. Just because the client is a senior citizen, it doesn't mean that they can be shoved to the one side and forgotten about.
