Disappointed
I have been turned into a clown by Pharmacy and M/aid for receiving my medication. Medical aid: you have been activated you can phone the pharmacy Pharmacy: your not covered we are unable to assist you Medical aid: surely tomorrow they should be able to help is the system takes overnight Pharmacy: we were in contact with medical aid from our side your still not activated on our system and we can't assist you we shall wait and see.
This is the type of service I received since last week when I follow up on my meds.
