Digusting customer service

my mother was suppose to get her hypertention and diabetes medication last week (within 48 hours) already but Medipost doesn't care they haven't delivered her medication, they haven't called nothing and its not like we don't pay them in time we don but they have failed to do their job. i had to buy my mom medication at clicks pharmacy and they gave her enough for 5 days. Medipost just doesnt care about their clients (sies)
