CHRONIC MEDS LATE 4DAYS ALREADY.

Good day,I am a member of GEMS MED AID,Medipost pharmacy is our designated courier pharmacy,I am very severe meds which I cant skip,my meds had to be delivered last week,i called them yesterday to ask them where my meds is,and i dont have any meds left,the reason for this is that my meds finished on Sunday.They guaranteed me that my meds will be send out today as URGENT,up till today I dont think they know the importance of me skipping me chronic meds,and I'm without for 4days already,I havent received my meds as up till today,I'm not the first person it's happening to but they can stop your meds as soon as you cant pay a levie on your meds if necessary. I am so sick of this Medipost Courier pharmacy, as they really not efficient.
