Chronic medication

My chronic medication is not available at the manufacturers according to Medipost. Spoke to a lady or Pharmacist (Julia) she was condescending and dismissive of my concerns with using the generic meds that they are offering. Further to that one part of my meds was not delivered last month, and I'm told that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAYS THAT THE CLAIM CAN BE BACKDATED OR PROCESSED.

The lady (Julia) tells me that there's NO ways that I can run short of meds even if last months meds cannot be delivered.

This is chronic medication a necessity!!!!
