Chemist promises to call me back but never does.
Terrible service from the Pretoria branch chemist. Have to keep calling back to confirm delivery and go through the same authentication every time. Finally called again and spoke to Jeffery and he confirmed delivery will be tomorrow. Couldn't the chemist that promised to call me back just let me know?? Medipost's service is getting worse.
