Check the expiry dates on your medication from Medi Post Pharmacy

I am disgusted by the service I received from medipost pharmacy!! This was the very first time ordering medication from them. It arrives...my one medication is EXPIRED!! I immediately contact customer service and they sent a courier the next day to come and collect my expired med and told me another one will be replaced in a day or 2. TWO WEEKS LATER....still no replacement has arrived and no contact from medipost pharmacy what so ever. I phoned them and told them I hadnt received my medication yet and they said to me "we are investigating the situation from our side because the product which you gave back was not ever recorded from getting it from their supplier of the medication". They said they are still investigating and will get back to me. ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER...still nothing. So I phoned back. The lady from customer care says that the expired medication that was given to me was not one they delivered to me and refused to pay my money back. I am disgusted about the service that was given as well as them supplying me EXPIRED MEDICATION and then not taking responsibility for it.
