Best customer service

I just want to thank you Kabelo for the best customer service he displayed today when I had called Medi post. I was waiting on the line for the pharmacy department, and it was taking longer than expected so I dropped the call few seconds later i got a call only to find out that it's the pharmacy calling me back, yes i didnt get what i was looking for, but the empathy, urgency and care Kabelo showed regarding my matter made me want to write this. Enkosi Kabelo keep on being great we need more people like you in this world.
