Bad service Medipost

My daughter is T1 diabetes. Every month i received her medication from Medipost. We used Gems Medical aid. Last month they requested a new script from her daughter which i send. I didnt receive any meds for November. I kept on calling. Everytime they told me i need to send it to a different email adress which was very frustrating. At last i found someone who gave me the right email address. I send the scripture again. I receives the medication without the most important medication. Such incompetency. I ****ed. My child doesnt have any sensors. I told them numerous time she dont have sensors anymore. And i bought already for the previous month out of my pocket. Im very disappointed. Bad bad service
