1st and last stop ever for medication
Medipost is the most lengthy and somewhat unorganised pharmacy Ive come across. Meds not correctly packed, irritated lady - I dare not to ask please explain the process.... Just shows me where to sit.... So why am I sitting if Im done and was told to collect the parcel.... 12 cubicles - 6 occupied whilst other staff are walking up and down.... No process flow... No idea on who is responsible for what - the worst is, the elderly collect their meds here!!!! Im collecting on behalf of my grandfather! Its a mess....
