Thank you Medipet for great service

I have had pets my whole life and never considered Pet Medical Aid. Both my babies died of old age last year and they cost me a small fortune as they aged. I adopted an 8 month old puppy in January. I thought I would give pet insurance a go...anticipating it being a disaster and too good to be true. I did my research and Medipet had the best reviews. I took out the best plan with Routine Benefits. I waited 2 months and purchased tick and flee treatment. I completed the online form to be reimbursed. I was not sure if I had done the correct thing and emailed to ask if I had. I got an immediate reply to say I had and they were reviewing it. Again I anticipated they would come back and have some excuse as to why they were not paying of this. I was proved wrong. Within 2 weeks the money was in my account and I also received communication from Medipet. Super impressed!
