Wonderful service from real humans
A big thank you to the Medipet team for always going above and beyond. Efficient and kind service. Always helpful. Communication is always clear and considered, and they make an effort to pay your claim rather than the opposite. We recently lost our pet and they treated us with such empathy and understanding.

Absolutely Best Pet Insurance Brokers
I wanted to take a moment to recognise the outstanding service I have consistently received from Meg Grobler at MediPet. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I recently had to cancel my pet insurance policy. While this was a difficult decision, the experience was made so much easier because of Meg's kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Throughout the time I was insured with MediPet, Meg was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She never treated me like just another policy number. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and always made me feel valued as a customer. When I contacted her to cancel, she responded with such empathy and understanding that it genuinely meant a great deal during a stressful time. Exceptional customer service isn't just about solving problems; it's about making people feel heard and cared for, and Meg does exactly that. I can wholeheartedly recommend MediPet based on the service I've received. If my financial situation improves in the future, I will happily insure my cats with them again. Signed up earlier this year, puppy got out 2 weeks ago and was hit by a car. EVERYONE at Medipet has been fantastic! From ensuring we have sufficient cover as well as fast tracking payment, i cannot thank MediPet enough as i did not have to worry about forking out thousands of rands. Literally only cost me the excess which was R1000.00
