After scrutinizing many pet insurance / medical companies we settled on Medipet in January this year and we are so thankful that we did. When our labrador had to undergo surgery they took some of the stress off with their professional service and compassion. Then she had a relapse and needed xrays and more medication. They paid the claims as per our contract with no issues and they responded swiftly to all queries. At all times when we called in for info or clarity, the staff were very helpful and compassionate. We look forward to many years with them!
