MediPet - WOW

We have been with MediPet for the past 4 years and if I can only use one word to describe them it would be “WOW”, from beginning to end we received excellent support.

The team are well informed and go the extra mile at every stage.

Their claims process is easy and we normally received a refund within 2-3 working days.

We recently moved to the UK, which is a stressful process on its own. Due to Covid our dog's flights were cancelled on 2 separate occasions and the friendly, efficient staff at MediPet emailed me monthly to find out how our pets were doing and if they could cancel the insurance or continue for another month.

No fuss in cancelling the policy, no lengthy paperwork.

I really hope we will find the same level of service here in the UK.
