Exceptional service levels and excellent offering

I have had my dogs insured with MediPet for years and years now, and I have only ever received first class service. It feels like a family business in that the response time is so fast and the people are the same and they genuinely care. I submitted a claim this week for Frontline, and they called me to ask if I wanted them to cover the other items on the invoice that I hadn't referred to. I was blown away. My experience is they genuinely care and they have had my back in the biggest way with my animals, and it's the best decision I have made for my dogs, and they are a first class operation I highly recommend.
