My little Poo Luca had spinal surgery and all was up side down in my household. I submitted my claim to Medipet and did not check the invoice as received from the Vet Hospital. As a result the invoice did not reflect all the costs of the operation. Medipet paid according to the invoice I submitted and then only did I realize my mistake. I complained to Kerry and Marie immediately called me in such a friendly and profesional way. Marie suggested that I forward the correct detailed invoice and they will prioritize my claim. After I forward the invoice my refund was paid into my bank account within two (2) working days. Kelly and Marie made all seem so easy and effortless. They understood my mistake and accepted my apology as if its no issue. Thank you to Medipet, Kelly and Marie. Medipet can be proud to have such dedicated ambassadors on the team.
