Above & beyond compassion, and excellent service

When my Jake crossed Rainbow Bridge I was absolutely devastated, but Medipet's care and compassion were next level. I didn't have to do a thing, from claim submission to payment to the most thoughtful condolence message, they dealt directly with my vet, giving me the time and space to do what I needed to do, grieve the loss of my beautiful boy. You don't find that kind of service anywhere else. All my other pets are with Medipet, and I wouldn't choose any other pet insurance provider.
