Our pet (border collie) has pre-existing hip dysplasia and is required to undergo a complete hip replacement. Where every other medical aid refused to even consider covering her pre-existing condition, the Medipet team did not hesitate to give her cover. The benefit booster is great, they calculate a monthly payment for the total cover of the operation (or the amount you need). This benefit is immediately available. Absolutely genius on their part.
