Zero integrity and unfair treatment

This company has zero integrity and does not adhere to any code of conduct. They act as they feel with absolutely no care for the need of their client of the very law it self. They were supposed to have refunded me back in January already but I have had to call them for over a month now and they have kept giving dates and when the day comes and I call to confirm they say it still not yet been done. Even when you raise the matter with their complaint department they dont take you seriously I am even led to believe that race is a factor on how and they treat fairly
