You're a JOKE MEDIHELP!!!!

We have never heard of such bad service!! I rushed my husband to the ER because he was ill for a few days and it kept getting worse! He had fever. He had stomach pains. He was white as a ghost. He was dehydrated. His stomach was running. He could not eat. He was really sick! My husband is not a hospital person. That morning he said to me that I need to get him to a hospital he is not feeling well at all! I rushed him to the ER. There they did some test because obviously we don't know what's going on.. Like what's happening to my husband? He was never so sick before. So the ER doctor admitted him. They further did some tests and a CT scan and then they treated him for the sickness he had. Luckily he got discharged the following day but still was feeling very ill. On that day my daughter also felt sick so I took her to the pediatrician. Then she admitted my daughter as well and treated her. My daughter was in hospital for 3 days. Now the medical aid approved my daughter's admission but declined my husband's admission and took all moneys from our savings. They are saying that we were only there to get tests done and that we can do as an out patient...we where there because I thought my husband is dying!!!!!! My broker fought and fought and sent a ton of paperwork but still nothing! You medihelp are fast to take money. You are fast to decline...But you are the last to want to help! You are a sick joke and Ill be canceling my medical aid... Ill get myself another medical aid! And Ill just be waiting for that same reply you send everyone on hellopeter and still do nothing.....
