Worst service ever

So its been two months since m baby was born and i still have not been refunded. So it starts like this, i receive my invoice from my midwife the invoice states clearly that we have partially paid on the account but there is still a balance owing to the midwife who has gracefully let us wait for a refund and the we can pay her in full. I send in the invoice to medihelp for repayment and wait the how ever many days for them to refund. i then get a statement stating that they will refund the midwife in full so i give medihelp a call and tell therm they made a mistake i should be refunded and i will pay the midwife ( since i sent in the claim in i should be paid) so the lady on the phone says she will send back the claim for reprocessing. again the same thing happens and i call AGAIN and the lady on the other side sais the same again. Once again the same thing happens this time i contact the chat line and tell them the story for a third time. this time they tell me the midwife was paid in full and i should contact her for a refund so i ask them to make sure and tell me no in actual fact they dont have bank details for her and she has not been paid, so i explain the situation to them so she tells me they tell me they will send back for processing i must just send in my bank statements to prove i paid the midwife. I do all of this and hear nothing. So i contact them again and i get told all of the same that shes been paid i ask to make sure they say no in fact she hasn't and so on and so on and then i wait again and contact them again and get told once again the midwifes been paid and when i ask them to check ooooh no she hasn't been paid. i have contacted them almost 8 times with no luck i have sent emails and complaint emails and i get no feed back no money no nothing. The midwife was also asked to update her bank details with medihelp which she has done and still nothing.i know medihelp has alot of clients but **** this is pathetic.
