WORST SERVICE, EVER

<p>I got a quote for medical aid with this company and called in to cancel as I got a cheaper premium elsewhere. Cancellation letter was sent to me fill in and I was advised to send it on the same day to prevent the premiums from going through. I did exactly that, but to my surprise, I got a call stating that I was owing. Emailed the lady the cancellation letter which I sent before but was not updated and to this day I still receive emails stating that I have an outstanding amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>What puzzles me is that I never used your services and when I was given a quotation the gentleman told me that you work on "no premium, no cover' basis. So what am I paying for if I have never used your services???</p>
