Worst Medical-Aid that won't pay for basic tests
Our baby was admitted to hospital twice last year for a viral infection. To treat the virus they need to do blood test viral panel, so they know what virus to treat. Medihelp refuses to pay this saying it's not covered. This is a R3,000 bill. So Unlimited In Hospital cover is not unlimited. You don't mention anything about exclusions up front or in the pdf of the plan.
