Worst medical aid ever
Worst Medical aid ever had no waiting periods or exclusions was admitted to hospital on Monday and the medical aid now refuses to give authorization because they say it is in my first year of being a member it was a emergency Admition but they still refuse now want a letter from my gynecologist and has nothing to do with my diagnosis will not recommend this medical aid to any body and then one of the senior managers implies that I **** about this condition

11 Mar 2020, 13:21It still did not solve anything you guys are not what you say you are very bad you are looking for all ways just to get out of paying for anything oh and by the way they never phoned me if you check your records you will see I am the one who does all the calling so please don't say they called me I stand by the fact that you are the worst medical aid I have dealt with false advertising
