WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!!
Waiting more than a week for authorization number! They NEVER reply to mails! NEVER ANSWER PRE-AUTHORISATION LINES. Never available on life chat! Dr wrote motivation letter last week Friday, still no answer and the operation is today! BAD BAD BAD BAD!!! I am canceling medihelp end of this month! Fees go's up but no service. You are officially the worst medical aid EVER!!!!
