Worst medical aid available

We have been with Medihelp for longer than 3 years, I have polycyctic kidney disease and upon my appointment with Dr A Venter she requested i be admitted to hospital for further inspection and an Mri to determine weather i have life threatening brain aneurysms. The medical refused to have me admitted to hospital saying the test are to be completed out of hospital. In the meantime i should wait patiently for days/weeks/months for available appointments with the Nephrologist,radiologist all the the while unknowing if i am indeed walking around with a brain aneurysm. The Management refuse to accept calls and send messages through rude call center staff. This is the poorest standard of health care service i have ever seen.
