Worst Medical Aid

By far the worst medical aid ever. You pay a monthly amount and when you really need them they are not available. We are sitting with a medical issue for the last year that they are just refusing to pay back the money that was paid. We had to pay each and every doctor as well as the hospital amount came to R1m and they just saying sorry we will not pay you....we gave everything to broker to handle as he is also getting a yearly fee but he also just stood back and didn't bother to do anything. Why do we still have to pay for a medical aid that means nothing to us in anyway.

Please guys whatever you do....do not sign up with this medical aid.
