worst medical aid

Medihelp, is really not a good medical aid. Last year December I was admitted into hospital, after calling the preauthorisation line and not getting through, the admissions lady at the hospital said she would call again in the morning and sort out authorisation. In January we got the authorization number etc. and noticed that most of the payments went out of my savings account. I have been calling in almost weekly, at one stage they said I had been in the hospital from December to January. I was only admitted for 2 days. There has been no joy with Medi help and I seriously am considering moving my medical aid. Its only February and i have only R1000 in the savings account.
