Worst Medical aid

I had medical aid with medihelp since last year, every month my debit order went off on time. This year we had a baby which I added after she was born. The lady over the phone advised the extra amount for the baby will be deducted with the debit order, on Tuesday 18 June I received an sms stating I owe R1080.00 for april. Take into account my medical aid payment which was debited is over R6500.00 per month before added baby. I phoned and advised I am just out on the road and will make payment before or on the 20th of June. They confirmed and advised everything is in order. On the 20th I made the payment of R1080.00 with immediate payment and directly phoned to advised the payment is made. They then advised my medical aid is terminated as I had to pay before the 20th. They indicated I must send an email to reinstate my medical aid, which I did on the 20th of June. Only today 26th June was I notified that my membership was correctly terminated. Be very careful of this medical aid as they warry about R1080.00 more than the R7500 incl baby and terminate your medical aid without "treating the client fairly"
