Worst Medical Aid!

I am utterly disappointed with Medihelp. While being on their Student Plan they suddenly decided to increase my membership to R2574.00 from R598,00. I immediately asked for the reason on this change and all they or the automatic email system could answer me is that I am no longer a student and that I earn more than R600 per month?? They even had the nerve to let me know that my employer had informed them of this. I would love to knwo who my employer is? while being full time student and also unemployed, I earn pocket money from odd jobs on weekends to pay my medical aid and my studies and now during COVID-19 I am not earning any income and still writing exams like any other student but Medihelp still persist that I owe them an outstanding balance. On the notification from them of this bizarre increased amount I immediated suspended my membership with them and while it took them a whole month to do all the admin they still charge me for the full amount of the month within all this changes and cancellations happened. A true example of hungry for money sharks! And now after several emails, and simply ignoring my plea they hand me over to their debt collectors. This is utter disgrace!
