Wonderful Customer Service
I received a phone call today at 13:00 from a consultant at Medihelp regarding a claim. She spoke to me in my home language, Afrikaans. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I regret that I have forgotten her name, I would have liked to thank her personally. It is very rare that you receive a phone call from a call centre and think at the end of it that \this was a really pleasant call".<br> <br> Thank you to Medihelp for excellent and prompt service.
