why take money out of my bank account when I canceled?
<p>To whom it concern, I canceled my account with you on 28 July 2016, when I restricted you as medihelp at my bank, and you took money out of my bank account, when I already canceled my account, and I got a certificate from you and Admed, my account was MH ********** . I have sent to your enquires and info center a email and its now 3 days and no response. If this matter cant be cleared i will take this matter further as R4045-00 is not R40, 45c.</p>

Your request to terminate you membership was received after your debit order had been submitted to the bank for payment in respect of your August 2016 subscription. The credit balance for the amount of R4 212,00 will be refunded to you during our next payment run on 10 August 2016 and will reflect in your bank within 5 working days thereafter.

The credit amount was paid to you on the payment run of the 10th of August 2016, but as previously communicated, will reflect in you bank account within 5 working days thereafter. The credit should thus be available on or before 17 August 2016.
