When you are busy dying, remember Medihelp won't pay for the emergency room... just the doctor!

Remember guys, Medihelp will pay for the emergency room doctor (under PMB benefits as confirmed by them) but not the emergency room facility. They paid the account for the doc but not for the hospital. The first is paid for PMB but the other is not PMB according to them, despite it being the same patient, same day, same time. I guess Medihelp expects elderly patients with pulmonary edema as a result of cardiac failure to get treated in the hallways or road in front of the hospital. Where else would a emergency be treated? Biggest joke I have seen in my life. So guys just remember when you with this medical aid, if you are busy dying make sure you get treated outside the hospital cause they don't cover facilities in emergencies. Just the doctor. LOL
