WHAT IS GOING ON AT MEDIHELP?????
I have been a client for almost 15 years , I had to add a dependent , what an impossible story... They really make it IMPOSIBLE for you to add some one.
I have called about 5 times a day for 2 weeks, then its e mails back and forth , i completed the form online as well , nope ... to difficult.
NO ONE HAS EVEN PICKED UP A PHONE TO CALL ME.
AFTER 15 YEARS I AM SO SCHOCKED , I REALLY HONESTLY DO NOT HAVE WORDS ,,,, IM SHOCKED.
im shocked SO SO SO Schocked - Medihelp use to be the best , what is going on there?
