what is a use of medical aid

My three year old daughter has managed to get her ***** inside the ear lobe.We rush her to GP coz she was in so much pain but he had about 7 ppl before us so we decide to take her to medicross thinking it was best for her and it is on the network. She needed to go it to cut the lobe and remove the ***** i have being on the phone with the auth depatment to get a number so that she can go the kingsway to remove it with no luck, they still want me to get a letter from my netwok doctor ii was an emgermcy my baby was in pain and i did have an exray report and Medicross is on the network list so really..<br> <br> I am very diappointment when this and i wil be chaging my medical aid immediatly.<br> y is there a need to go see to doctors and pay to doctors consult fees.
