What a very bad Medical Aid
I went through a broker and the broker did not add all my info onto the medical aid, 6 months down the line, medical aid phones me and says they are going to cancel my medic aid, due to all info not supp****. But they are quick to to take my money, I could not even state my part! Now Im trying to find a other medical aid and now they cant even help me with a letter!!! Where is the customer services??
