Waste of money
Don't waste your money. My mom joined a few years ago, and has never claimed. Now that she needs a hip replacement, they are refusing to pay and claim that it's due to wear and tear. What is the point of having a medical aid?? Do not recommend Medihelp, they exploit their customers

16 Aug 2019, 11:10I am unable to change the rating, but after getting the doctor to motivate the operation, Medihelp has agreed to pay a portion of the doctors fees, the hospital stay (limited at 4 days) and the prosthesis. I do find it very disheartening that that one has to fight to get a service you have been paying for.
