Waiting on Authorisation
<p>I contacted the medical aid on the 27 July 2016 requesting auth to be admitted and was advised that its pending investigation for pre-existing condition . I gave them the GP contact details up to this day I am still waiting for authorisation .no wonder they are in the Top 5 medical aids with bad service , I regret signing up with them.</p>
