Very useless medical aid

On the 9th of August I was admitted at Ekeso Park Town, the next morning I was told my useless medical aid had to still investigate my condition in the meantime I must be responsible for the payment.

I discharged myself from the clinic and till this day there's no corespondence neither response from the medical aid.

On Tuesday my dentist sent me a day clinic as my wisdom teeth required an operation and I called the useless call center for assistance and till this day I've not been able to sleep from pain and no one has ever contacted me.

I want to cancel this useless membership as soon as possible before I die
