Very Poor Service Provider

Medihelp Medical Aid does not adhere to the medical benefits as per my policy: My daughter was admitted in hospital and all the doctors and procedures that the policy states to cover was declined even with the authorization numbers approved by them and the co-payment I had to make. This service is unacceptable and left me with a large amount to pay for the services Medihelp was supposed to cover.
