Very poor service

I received a worst service from medihelp in regards to my savings paid to me after leaving their medical schemes.

After numerous email and phone calls from last year December till today my issue has not being resolved. What makes matters worse is they send sms's to confirm that the money has been paid to my account of which they never did.

Clearly they are not just good at offering POOR services but they Excell at that.
