Very bad service

my medihelp installment was sent back as unpaid, because i was unemployed, after the installment was sen back i phoned medihelp and explained to them that i can not afford the medical aid, and that i want to cancel it, and asked what i can do because i do not have have that money available to pay so the consultant advised me to not send a cancellation letter and just let the debit order fail, if i did send a cancellation letter i will be held liable for the member fees. i did exactly that, and was at the end of the day called to say legal action was being taken for unpaid fees. i did not use the medical aid at all, because i did not have the fund to pay for it. i even begged them to please listen the the recorded call because there they will find that i was truthful and did as i was instructed by the call centre agent. They did not do that, and still proceeded with legal action, now i am stuck with a bill from MacRobert attorneys that i can not pay.
