Verry poor client relationship.

On the 30th of August 2021 I wrote a complaint to Medihelp with their regard to our Covid tests. In the same month the medical aid was given notice in writing that we will be leaving the fund for the month of September 2021 was our notice period paid in full. However the aid stil want payment for October 2021. Since then I moved to another medical aid. Medihelp has this Cheeky lady called Rimila Naidoo. After several occasions we told this lady that we will be paying R500 per month To then cover the additional month Wich I do not even belief that I need to pay. So Month end October 2021 the R500 was paid. Now today 11/11/2021 this lady is harassing my wife demanding bank statements and salary advises.
