Useless medical aid

My review of your medical aid I cannot use the words I would like to as it would be blocked. Your service when it comes to claims is the most ridiculous load of **** I have ever experienced. In 2021 I was very happy with you as a medical aid but this year you have caused me nothing but Headaches and irritability.

2 Admissions but paid differently. Maybe I don't understand but how can o ne be paid different then the other if both was related to pregnancy? The same with my claims sent for my gynae visits gets taken from my savings even thou I pay a co-payment.

I need to speak to someone capable as the live chat agents is just causing me more frustrations. What is the point in having a medical aid but you constantly need to check your claims and see if it was done correctly. I don't need this stress in my pregnancy. I am strongly considering moving medical aids as all I have been getting from you is useless assistance. My savings has never been depleted so quick in a year.
