Useless Dis-chem direct

<p>Last month I had to go without my chronic medicine for a few days due to the wonderful service of Dis-chem direct. After many emails and complaints I was told by Karen Sham from Dis-chem she have arranged early schedule for delivery of my medicine to avoid this in future. By Monday 18 July I did not receive any notification from Dis-chem that a delivery is on its way (as I only have medicine until Thursday 20 July) and when I enquire about this from Karen Sham, there was yet again an issue. She ensured me she sorted it out and marked my delivery as URGENT. 48 hours and counting and no medicine yet. So from tomorrow I will once again be without medicine thanks to this useless managing agency that took over from Optipharm. I do not understand why Medihelp is so reluctant to see Dis-chem's uselessness and get a more competent company! But I guess that is an impossible task if you live in SA.</p> <p> </p>
