Useless brokers

Medihelp may be ok as a medical aid, but their brokers are useless. Very quick to sign you on, but doesn't help you and doesn't guide you through the processes required to activate the gap cover. In the end I couldn't claim from the gap cover and had to pay the hospital out of my own pocket, with the gap cover provider not contributing a cent. And the brokers just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry.
